Rita is fluent in 5 languages, with product marketing management, quantitative analysis, sales, and consumer research experience in mobile apps, gaming, HR, machinery, and video, including several years years at Gameloft. Rita brings operational expertise and content creation, with an advantageous background in comedy.

Ray has 30 years experience effecting transformation for Fortune 100s, cultural institutions and universities. A master of second-nature customer/user interaction and human centered design, Ray has increased revenues and profitability, customer bases, employee satisfaction and retention for 20 years as part of Think Design, and is an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
